Called the Keeper, the smartwatch will be coming this August with integrated SIM card support and IP68 certification.

Known for its affordable and mainstream smartphones, Doogee is now jumping onto the wearable bandwagon with its first Keeper smartwatch. First details on the device reveal some impressive specifications.

The Keeper will be IP68 certified for dust and water resistance with a steel buckle, silicone strap, and aluminum alloy casing. It will even have micro SIM support for calls, dedicated speaker and micrphone, Bluetooth functionality, 5 MP camera, 512 MB eMMC with external TF card support, GPS and heart rate monitor, and 2G/3G support. Its 600 mAh battery is expected to last for 5 to 7 days on standby.

Other key details are currently missing, including the size and resolution of the touchscreen and launch price of the model. Will there be multiple configurations and colors? What OS will it run exactly? We've reached Doogee for comment and we are expecting to hear more about this smartwatch in the coming weeks before the official August launch time frame.
