Anker offers a number of solutions for storing and delivering electricity. Not just power banks, but also power stations such as the Anker Solix C1000. In this context, AnkerInsider reports that the aforementioned model is now set to receive a new edition or a new version, which is expected to be launched in spring or summer, initially in the USA. AnkerInsider speculates a price of between $400 and $800.
A photo has already been published, showing how much the visual design of the Solix Gen 2 (Model A1763) has changed: the USB ports are now located next to the display, with the display panel now forming the upper half of the front side. The dimensions are given as 38.4 x 24.4 x 20.3 centimeters and the weight as 11.3 kilograms. Together with two handles, this will make the model quite portable and easy to transport.
The capacity is specified as 1,024 Wh, with the battery cells supposedly retaining at least 80% of their original capacity after 4,000 cycles. There are five sockets, each with an output of up to 1,800 watts; the maximum total load is stated as 2,000 watts, or 2,400 in SurgePad mode. In bypass mode, up to 1,440 watts can be output. Solar charging is possible with up to 600 watts, and from the mains with up to 1,200 watts. Two USB-C ports with a maximum output of 140 watts each are available, as well as one USB-A port. Compatibility with the Anker app is possible, and the power station can act as a UPS.
