Acer has launched three new gaming monitors at Computex 2025. Two of them are from the Predator series. Among these two is the Predator X27U F5, which sports a 26.5-inch QD-OLED panel. This display sports a native brightness rating of 300 nits and has a peak rating of 1,000 nits.
The company also highlights the VESA DisplayHDR TrueBlack 500 certification of the screen, which is paired with 99% DCI-P3 color coverage. Acer claims that this WQHD panel can deliver a high level of visual detail with deep blacks and excellent color production. Another highlight of the X27U F5 is its 500 Hz refresh rate, which is there to ensure smooth and responsive gameplay.
Moving to the second Predator gaming monitor from Acer, it's the X27 X. It also comes with a 26.5-inch QD-OLED panel but with a lower native brightness rating of 250 nits. The refresh rate is also lower, sitting at 240 Hz, but the panel has a 4K resolution. Both the Predator monitors have AMD FreeSync Premium Pro and a response time of 0.03 ms (GTG).
As for the third gaming monitor, it's the Nitro PG271K, which Acer says is a portable solution for gamers who are looking for more flexibility in a secondary screen. It comes with a 27-inch display that can operate at 4K 72 Hz or FHD 144 Hz modes. Acer says that it comes with a space-saving design, and the IPS panel is said to offer accurate color production.
Regarding the prices, the Acer Predator X27U F5 will be available from July 2025 at €899, while the X27 X will go for €1,099.
