On the front, it offers a 6.59-inch AMOLED display with 1B colors, 120Hz refresh rate, HDR support, and a sharp 1260 × 2750 resolution. The pixel density reaches 459 ppi, promising crisp text and rich detail. The screen-to-body ratio of ~90.7% gives it an immersive look, while the vivid panel should please streaming and gaming users. Inside, the Vivo S50 runs Android 16 with OriginOS 6 and is powered by the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset, paired with an octa-core CPU and Adreno 735 GPU.

Among other things, it integrates a fast Cortex-X4 "Prime Core" with up to 3 GHz and 4 additional fast Cortex-A720 2.8 GHz cores.
