Reviews for the Ulefone RugKing

The SoC in this phone isn’t great, but critically, it's good enough to deliver a usable experience. As a basic but practical rugged phone, it's hard to beat this product on value for money, even if it has some idiosyncratic aspects.

The Ulefone RugKing, announced in August 2025 and released on September 15, 2025, is clearly built for users who need a phone that can survive tough conditions. It comes with a very solid and bulky body, measuring 173.4 x 83.4 x 18.3 mm and weighing almost 397g, which immediately tells you this is not a slim or lightweight device. The phone offers IP68 and IP69K ratings, meaning it can handle dust, high-pressure water jets, and even water immersion up to 2 meters for 30 minutes.
