Verbatim has showcased three tiny 100W chargers at IFA in Berlin. The three models differ in their port configurations, but all offer a total power budget of 100W. Verbatim calls the chargers Minimax.

Verbatim has unveiled new USB-C chargers called Minimax at IFA 2026 in Germany. Despite offering a total power budget of 100 watts, they are as small as some travel chargers for smartphones. The compact devices plug into a wall outlet using a Europlug and feature different combinations of USB ports.

Three models were shown at IFA. One has a single USB-C port, making it suitable as a powerful travel charger for a laptop. Another features two USB-C ports, allowing users to charge a smartphone at the same time, for example. The third model adds a USB-A port.

One key question is how hot the chargers will get, as even larger 100W chargers using GaN technology can sometimes become uncomfortably warm. According to Verbatim, the chargers will launch "soon." Pricing has not yet been announced.
