Thom Browne limited edition Samsung Galaxy Z Flip coming next month
The stylish result of the collaboration between Samsung Electronics and New York-based fashion brand Thom Browne "was created for those who are not afraid to make a statement—and who want their technology to be as iconic as their wardrobe" and will arrive in March. The pre-orders will kick off later this week — on February 14, to be more specific.
Starting later this week, those who want a bit more than just a regular Samsung Galaxy Z Flip can place their pre-orders for the Thom Browne limited edition of this foldable flagship. There is no information about the pricing or which select markets will get it, but we will surely find out more on February 14.
More than just a themed wallpaper and a Thom Browne-designed case, we are talking about an entire retail package that also includes Galaxy Buds+ and a Galaxy Watch Active2 designed to match the special edition handset. According to the official press release, "The limited edition smartphone is the first of its kind to be encased in glass while still having a matte look that is soft to the touch and effortless to hold."
In addition to the external design touches, the Galaxy Z Flip Thom Browne Edition also provides a custom visual experience for the user on the inside — iconic blinds appear on the display each time the handset is turned on and off, app icons are labeled in classic text, custom sound cues such a typewriter and an analog ringtone that delivers "a unique soundtrack for the device" and everything is completed with a custom wallpaper.
These being said, we should let the images and official video speak for the Galaxy Z Flip Thom Browne Edition. Since we will know everything about its pricing and availability in just two days, be sure to stay tuned.

In my early school days, I hated writing and having to make up stories. A decade later, I started to enjoy it. Since then, I published a few offline articles and then I moved to the online space, where I contributed to major websites that are still present online as of 2021 such as Softpedia, Brothersoft, Download3000, but I also wrote for multiple blogs that have disappeared over the years. I've been riding with the Notebookcheck crew since 2013 and I am not planning to leave it anytime soon. In love with good mechanical keyboards, vinyl and tape sound, but also smartphones, streaming services, and digital art.
