Skullcandy Icon ANC: Iconic on-ear headphones get refresh in ANC version with 60 hours of battery life
Like Fresh 'n Rebel with its Clam Ace, Skullcandy has also just introduced new headphones. With the Icon ANC, the original Icon model has been reissued almost 20 years later and comes with ANC.
The new Skullcandy Icon ANC can be ordered directly from the manufacturer at a price of $99.99 in two colors, Bone/Orange and True Black. The new Icon ANC will probably also soon be available to order from Skullcandy's Amazon store.

The original Skullcandy Icon caused a sensation almost 20 years ago, especially in the board sports community. Now, the manufacturer is reissuing the iconic headphones and equipping them with active noise cancellation. This allows ambient noise to be suppressed to a certain extent, but thanks to the Stay-Aware mode, it can also remain unfiltered if desired.
The sound of the on-ear headphones can be adjusted to your own taste via user-defined and preset EQ modes (music, bass boost, podcast) in the Skullcandy app. The manufacturer promises natural speech during calls and low latency in audio mode.
The new Skullcandy Icon ANC are compatible with Google Fast Pair and Google Finder, support multipoint pairing and Spotify Tab, and also have integrated controls for calls and media playback as well as customizable button functions. The battery life of the IPX4 sweat- and water-resistant headphones is specified as 50 hours with ANC and up to 60 hours without ANC.
