Deal | Seagate FireCuda 520N 2 TB M.2 2230 NVMe SSD drops to lowest price ever on Amazon
The 2 TB Seagate FireCuda 520N M.2 2230 PCIe Gen4 NVMe SSD variant has dropped to its lowest price ever on Amazon. You can now buy it for just $115 on Amazon, $75 cheaper than its usual asking price of $190. CamelCamelCamel's price tracker confirms this is the lowest the SSD has retailed for in a while.
According to Seagate's spec sheet, the FireCuda 520N has sequential read/write speeds of up to 5,000/3,200 Mbps. It has an endurance rating of 450 TBW (Terabytes written) and its MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) is 1.8 million hours. In essence, the SSD will last for a long time before showing signs of failure, even if you install/uninstall games on it often.
Seagate also offers a five-year warranty for the FireCuda 520N, along with three-year data recovery services. Its compact form factor makes it ideal for handheld gaming consoles such as the Steam Deck, Asus ROG Ally (which is also discounted), MSI Claw and others. Given the increasing size of modern-day games, a 2 TB SSD almost seems like an essential method to future-proof your handheld.
