Humble Bundle is a great place to get a deal on games, whether from their store, the monthly subscription service, or a bundle where you can pay as much as you think the games are worth. However, they also have a reputation for offering up the occasional free game. This time the tower defense game, Sanctum 2, is free for 48 hours.
Sanctum 2 takes a different approach to the tower defense genre. It starts off in a familiar mode where you build walls and towers to defend your base from waves of unrelenting hordes. But where other games would have you stay in an overwatch position so you can continue building and upgrading defenses, Sanctum 2 switches to a first-person shooter. You then fight as a soldier in the field facing wave after wave with your trusty rifle in hand.
Once you add the game to your cart and checkout, you will be provided with a steam key. There is no need to add any other games; you can check out with a zero-dollar balance. This deal is available until 10 AM (PST) 26 November, and you have until 10 AM (PST) 9 December to redeem the Steam key.

I grew up in a family surrounded by technology, starting with my father loading up games for me on a Commodore 64, and later on a 486. In the late 90's and early 00's I started learning how to tinker with Windows, while also playing around with Linux distributions, both of which gave me an interest for learning how to make software do what you want it to do, and modifying settings that aren't normally user accessible. After this I started building my own computers, and tearing laptops apart, which gave me an insight into hardware and how it works in a complete system. Now keeping up with the latest in hardware and software news is a passion of mine.
