Samsung’s new 2024 Q70D 4K QLED TV arrives in more countries
The Samsung Q70D 4K QLED TV is rolling out to more countries worldwide. Available in four sizes from 55” to 85”, customers in the US can already order the new TV, with prices starting from $999.99. The 85” model is also available to pre-order in France at retailer Darty, with the product listed for €2,999, €100 more than the €2,899 RRP in Germany.
The Q70D has a 4K VA panel with a 120Hz refresh rate and Motion Xcelerator 120Hz. The TVs are powered by the Quantum Processor 4K, with Quantum HDR technology and support for HDR10. Gaming features include ALLM, Game Bar, Mini Map Zoom, and FreeSync Premium. Plus, the TV has a built-in 2.0-channel 20W speaker with Adaptive Sound+, Object Tracking Sound Lite and Q-Symphony technology.
There is another version of the Q70D for the European market, seen under the names Q77D and Q72D in the Netherlands and Belgium, Q73 in France and Belgium and Q74 in Denmark. The model is incredibly similar to the Q70D, offered in five sizes ranging from 43” to 75”. The main difference between the Q77D and the Q70D is the stand, which is slimmer and gray rather than black. The smaller 43” and 50” models also have a lower refresh rate at 60Hz and are powered by the Quantum Processor Lite.
Customers in the Netherlands can purchase 55” and 65” versions of the Samsung Q77 4K QLED TV at EP for €1,199 and €1,499, respectively. In France, the 55”, 65” and 75” models are on sale at FNAC for €1,199, €1,499 and €1,999. A complete price list for Europe and the US can be found below. These products are yet to reach Amazon, where US customers can already buy the Q60D from the Samsung 2024 TV range.
