Refreshed Xiaomi Book Pro 14 goes official as new thin Intel Panther Lake laptop

Xiaomi has introduced a new laptop, the Book Pro 14, and as a recent leak suggested, it's powered by the Panther Lake lineup. The brand shares that it can be equipped with up to the Intel Core Ultra X 358H processor, a top-end option from the series with the Arc B390 iGPU.
This integrated GPU rivals the AMD Radeon 890M, and as we've tested, it can offer a comparable gaming performance to the Nvidia RTX 4050 Laptop. Xiaomi shares that this iGPU will let the Book Pro 14 play AAA games with over 60 FPS, which is touted to be a big thing for the form factor of the laptop.
Speaking of which, Xiaomi also claims that, despite its "ultra-thin" design, the Book Pro 14 can deliver 50W of performance even when not plugged in. The brand further confirms that the laptop features a 10,000mm2 vapor chamber module, which has two fans and three airflow channels. This cooling setup promises stable performance even under heavy loads.
An early benchmark result shared by Weibo account Baiwen Technology shows that the laptop can achieve 124 points in single-core and 1,103 points in multi-core on Cinebench R24. The 3DMark Time Spy score is 7,163, and it achieved 6,872 points on Fire Strike Extreme, while it scored 6,215 points on Steel Nomad. These are in line with what an Intel Core Ultra X7 358H should score.
The promotional design renders suggest that the laptop will sport a decent port configuration for its form factor. More specifically, the official photos show one HDMI, a 3.5mm headphone jack, a USB Type-A port, and two USB Type-C ports, with one featuring the Thunderbolt logo (Anker Prime TB5 Docking Station curr. $339.99 on Amazon).
Xiaomi has not shared anything about the price yet, but the laptop is set to be fully unveiled soon in China. It's expected to launch in the global market after that.
