Nurse becomes crypto millionaire after starting to trade Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies during his lunch breaks
In an interview with Business Insider, a 31-year-old former pediatric nurse from Omaha in the US state of Nebraska has shared the story of his unexpected success which serves as an example that even small crypto traders can, with a little bit of time and luck, profit from the continuing boom revolving around cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin. The crypto journey of Josh Dorgan began in the year of 2017, when one bitcoin was only worth a measly US$2,000.
After he read the according news reports in the media, Dorgan decided to do further research and invest in the crypto market and trade with cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin during his lunch breaks. When the COVID-19 crisis in 2020 made his job even more time-consuming than it was before, Dorgan's five minutes of daily crypto trading already earned him as much money as he made with an entire day of work as a nurse. Dorgan subsequently decided to quit his job and become a full-time crypto trader.
This decision has certainly paid off. With a seven figure income and a more diversified portfolio consisting of traditional investments as well as cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin, Litecoin and Ethereum, the former pediatric nurse does not have to be too anxious about his financial future. Although he claims that he misses working with the kids in the hospital, he now has more time to spend with his own newborn. It is an inspired story which shows that even small-time crypto traders can be successful. Today, Bitcoin has reached a new record high and is now worth more than US$66,000 per coin.
