Motorola today has accidentally leaked a couple of upcoming gadgets through its official website. Although the page has since been taken down, Pocketnow was able to capture some screens of the webpage, and an alleged Xoom 2 tablet can clearly be seen next to the unnamed Motorola smartphone.
No further details are known, but Motorola had requested Pocketnow to remove the screen captures, which suggests credibility to the rumor. Due to these leaks, an official announcement regarding a new tablet from Motorola could be coming sooner than later.
The Motorola Xoom was released in the United States earlier this year on February 24th to lukewarm sales.

After graduating with a B.S. in environmental hydrodynamics from the University of California, I studied reactor physics to become licensed by the U.S. NRC to operate nuclear reactors. There's a striking level of appreciation you gain for everyday consumer electronics after working with modern nuclear reactivity systems astonishingly powered by computers from the 80s.
