Archive.org versionWe like this notebook a lot. It may not look pretty, but its performance is great for a low-cost laptop and it has a lot of features that simply can't be found on comparably priced units yet. We recommend it for everyday office work, multimedia work and even if you want an inexpensive media centre–style laptop. The only thing it can't do well is run the latest games.

Intel Graphics Media Accelerator (GMA) HD Graphics: Onboard graphics card that is built in the new Arrandale CPUs (Core i3 / i5 / i7 Dual Cores). Depending on the model and Turbo Boost, the GMA HD is clocked between 166 and 766 MHz.
Only some 3D games with very low demands are playable with these cards.

380M: The Core i3-380M is a fast clocked Core i3. The TurboBoost, AES, VTd, and Trusted Execution functions are deactivated in the i3-series. Therefore, it always clocks with max. 2.53 GHz (of course Speedstep is included). Thanks to Hyperthreading, 4 threads can be processed simultaneously. An integrated graphics card (GMA HD) and a DDR3 memory controller are also included in the package.» Further information can be found in our Comparison of Mobile Processsors.
