CES 2012 | Lenovo IdeaTab S2 tablets coming with dual-core Snapdragon CPU

Lenovo details IdeaTab S2 tablets, coming in 5-inch, 7-inch and 10.1-inch sizes with ICS updates in the near future

Chinese computer giant Lenovo announced today its latest 10.1-inch tablet, the IdeaTab S2. Additional sizes of the IdeaTab S2 tablet exist as well, such as 7-inch and 5-inch models, which are currently scheduled to ship only in China.

The IdeaTab S2 7-inch uses an SoC Qualcomm 8x60 Snapdragon CPU at 1.5GHz with 1GB RAM and Android Honeycomb out of the box. According to Lenovo, an ICS update is expected sometime post launch. More details, such as price and international launch info, should be coming soon.
