LG has done a poor job of preventing leaks of their flagship G3 smartphone, including the most recent one where slides of a preview event were made available. Thankfully, the company does appear to have resigned themselves to that fact, and they're now releasing their own info ahead of next week's launch.
In a press release today, LG showed off one of the accessories for the G3, a new cover known as the QuickCircle Case. The folder-style case features a round window that provides quick access to certain features, allowing users to take photos, send texts and play music without opening the cover. The case will also be available in Metallic Black, Silk White, Shine Gold, Aqua Mint and India Pink colors, possibly matching the hues of the G3.
LG also plans on making the SDK available to developers soon, allowing them to come up with their own uses for the circular window. Unfortunately, there is no mention of how much of the G3's 5.5" screen will be displayed through the case, but we should hear all the details next Tuesday.
