Reviews for the LG S210-K.CBMAG
Power to Go. A plus of processor performance to carry around in a small case? If you'd like that, you'll hardly find a 12.1 incher that computes faster than the S210 Pelago from LG at the moment. A Core 2 Duo T9550 keeps the computation artist on the move. Case, connections and display make an business suitable impression. You can read what the mini-machine, currently available for 1000 euro, is capable in this comprehensive review.

NVIDIA GeForce 9300M G: Enhanced 8400M GS chip, which is manufactured in 65nm and shows slightly better performance due to a few minor optimizations.
Only some 3D games with very low demands are playable with these cards.

Intel Core 2 Duo: This is the Core Duo and Core Solo successor with a longer pipeline and 5-20% more speed without more power consumption. As an addition to the Core Duo design there exists a fourth decoder, an amplified SSE-unit and an additional arithmetical logical unit (ALU).
The Core 2 Duo for laptops is identical to the desktop Core 2 Duo processors but the notebook-processors work with lower voltages (0.95 to 1188 Volt) and a lower Frontside bus clock (1066 vs 667 MHz). The performance of equally clocked notebooks is 20-25% lower than Desktop PCs because of the lower Frontside bus clock and the slower hard disks.
T9550:
The T9550 is a middle class dual-core CPU of the Core 2 Duo line and similar to the P9600 (except for the higher TDP of the T9550 - 35 vs 25 W). The performance of the T9550 should be sufficient for most applications and games of 2009.

This screen diagoal is quite large for tablets but small for subnotebooks. Some convertibles are also represented with that size.
Large display-sizes allow higher resolutions. So, details like letters are bigger. On the other hand, the power consumption is lower with small screen diagonals and the devices are smaller, more lightweight and cheaper.
» To find out how fine a display is, see our DPI List.1.765 kg:
This weight is typical for very old and big tablets, subnotebooks, ultrabooks and convertibles with a 11-13 inch display-diagonal; nowadays, rather typical for 15 inch laptops.
LG:
LG Electronics Inc. is a subsidiary of the LG Group. LG is the world's second-biggest maker of televisions and third-biggest maker of mobile phones. With its headquarters in South Korea, the company has 75 subsidiaries worldwide that design and manufacture televisions, home appliances, and telecommunications devices. LG is an international laptop manufacturer of medium size with few reviews.
After a few years, LG largely withdrew from the laptop sector. In the smartphone segment, LG is a medium-sized manufacturer (not among the Top 5 in 2015 and 2016).
84%: This rating should be considered to be average. This is because the proportion of notebooks which have a higher rating is approximately equal to the proportion which have a lower rating.
