Britain’s Daily Star is reporting that MI5 is searching for a ‘real-life Q’ to help combat terror attacks and the like. While in the films, the gadget centric quarter-master often deployed laserbeam watches, pen grenades and other dubious equipment, the security service is currently searching for Product Managers in their Technology department for Central London. The starting salary is £71,053 and they offer a flexible schedule.
The job description offers the candidate the opportunity to help develop products, their implementation “which affect thousands of people…to one-off bespoke products which are mission-critical.” Product Manager Ref. 3413.
