International variant of Samsung Galaxy C7 Pro hits FCC
Samsung Galaxy C7 Pro was unveiled in China back in January, a few months after the first reports that mentioned its imminent arrival. While Samsung still has to confirm the launch of this 5.7-inch phablet in other areas, the Galaxy C7 Pro has just surfaced on FCC, meaning that an international launch is now in the cards.
The FCC filing for the model SM-C701F/DS does not reveal much, only confirming the connectivity options, such as Bluetooth LE, WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n, ANT+, NFC. However, the specs should be the same as those of the Chinese version - Qualcomm Snapdragon 625, 4 GB RAM, 64 GB internal storage and microSD support, 16 MP front and rear cameras, all powered by a 3,300 mAh battery.
This phablet launched in China with Marshmallow on board, but it would not be a surprise to see the international version coming loaded with Nougat. We will probably hear more about the arrival of this handset outside of China soon, so stay tuned.
