Intel has expanded its Core Ultra 5 235 lineup with a Core Ultra 5 235A, a 235TA, and a mobile 235UA. These have almost exactly the same specifications as the Core Ultra 5 235, the Core Ultra 5 235T, and the Core Ultra 5 235U.

The Intel Core Ultra 200 series Arrow Lake CPUs were first launched in October last year and the portfolio has been slowly expanding. The Core Ultra 5 235 was announced in January this year as a budget, power-efficient chip for desktop and now, the company has silently added three more variants of this SKU, two for desktop and one for laptops.

First spotted by @momomo_us and shared on X, the three new SKUs have a Q3 2025 launch date listed on Intel’s website. These SKUs include the Core Ultra 5 235A, the 235TA, and the mobile 235UA. The Core Ultra 5 235A seems to be exactly the same as the Core Ultra 5 235 but has a slightly higher recommended customer price of $269 compared to $247-$257 for the Core Ultra 5 235.

As for the Core Ultra 5 235TA and the Core Ultra 5 235UA, they are also exactly the same CPUs as the already existing Core Ultra 5 235T and the Core Ultra 5 235U. The 235TA comes with the six P-core and eight E-core configuration with max boost speed of 5 GHz. The E cores can reach a max frequency of 4.4 GHz and cache memory remains the same as well at 24 MB, just like the Core Ultra 235T. It's the same story with the 235UA and the 235U which makes it unclear why these new SKUs have been added to the portfolio and how they differ from the existing lineup.

With the lower end of the spectrum expanding, Intel is also reportedly preparing its Panther Lake mobile CPUs. It was recently reported that some of the SKUs will come with 50% more Xe cores for significantly better graphics performance, ideal for next gen handheld gaming consoles.
