Halo Infinite's release month has apparently been revealed by an advertisement for a donut
As Microsoft slowly but surely ramps up the marketing efforts for its biggest game release of the year, its own official Mexican twitter account might have revealed the month in which we can expect Halo Infinite to hit the digital and traditional store shelves. In collaboration with Krispy Kreme, a donut company based in North Carolina, Microsoft has designed a delicious looking pastry that prominently features the Master Chief's helmet. The special edition donut was created to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the Master Chief, and it will be available from July 30 until the end of September.
Even more interesting than the donut itself is the caption that the Xbox team has included in this tweet. Translated from Spanish, the ad is asking: "Why wait for November if we can start the festivities now?" This short sentence can be interpreted as an indication that the release of Halo Infinite is planned for November, which would be a reasonable assumption since the game is expected to launch on PC and Xbox this fall. A donut ad is certainly one of the more creative ways to hint at the release date of a video game, and it remains to be seen if Microsoft has even more marketing stunts up its sleeve for the release of Halo Infinite.
¿Por qué esperar a noviembre si podemos comenzar los festejos ya?
