Shipments of this new high-end Android phablet have begun yesterday and should be available for purchase in stores starting tomorrow. This $749 USD retails unlocked but is only compatible with T-Mobile and AT&T.
HTC U Ultra was unveiled back in January and pre-orders started the same month. Now, US customers who pre-ordered it should get ready to receive their units, since HTC USA started shipping these expensive 5.7-inch phablets this Monday.
In the US, the price tag of the HTC U Ultra is $749 USD. While the handset comes unlocked, it only works with T-Mobile and AT&T. Its specs include a Super LCD display with 2,560X1,440 pixels and Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 processor, 4 GB RAM, 64 GB or 128 GB internal storage, 12 MP UltraPixel rear camera and 16 MP front image snapper, all driven by a 3,000 mAh battery.
HTC U Ultra comes with Android Nougat and a rich set of AI-driven features. Since HTC USA mentioned on Twitter that "General shipments begin this Thursday," those who did not pre-order the U Ultra but would like to get one should find them in stores starting tomorrow.

In my early school days, I hated writing and having to make up stories. A decade later, I started to enjoy it. Since then, I published a few offline articles and then I moved to the online space, where I contributed to major websites that are still present online as of 2021 such as Softpedia, Brothersoft, Download3000, but I also wrote for multiple blogs that have disappeared over the years. I've been riding with the Notebookcheck crew since 2013 and I am not planning to leave it anytime soon. In love with good mechanical keyboards, vinyl and tape sound, but also smartphones, streaming services, and digital art.
