Gigabyte has delivered a very affordable productivity laptop that has power in spades. Our only concern is the all-plastic construction, which has resulted in a slightly limp keyboard that flexes a little under determined typing. It’s a very small price to pay for such an affordable laptop, especially considering the top-shelf hardware found within.

If you happen to be in the market for an inexpensive gaming laptop, look out for Gigabyte’s G3 at MSY stores. Put this laptop under consideration if you've been on the lookout for a mobile gaming system that isn't bulky and which doesn't cost too much money. At $1499, it's a capable system that can run many modern titles, but not all at high detail settings.

Gigabyte: Gigabyte Technology is a Taiwanese computer hardware manufacturer founded in 1986, best known for its motherboards and graphics cards. Gigabyte offers a wide range of products including motherboards, graphics cards, laptops, monitors, systems and components. Gigabyte's laptops offer gaming and creative features on the go. Gigabyte monitors offer 4K Pro Gaming.
Modern games should be playable with these graphics cards at low settings and resolutions. Casual gamers may be happy with these cards.
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 850M: Upper mid-range graphics card from the GeForce GTX 800M series.
With these GPUs you are able to play modern and demanding games fluently at medium detail settings and HD resolution.
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Laptop GPU: High-End laptop graphics card based on the Ampere GA106 chip with 3072 cores. Available in different versions with a TDP from 60 to 115 Watt.

Intel Core i7: The Intel Core i7 for laptops is based on the LG1156 Core i5/i7 CPU for desktops. The base clock speed of the CPUs is relatively low, but because of a huge Turbo mode, the cores can dynamically overclock to up to 3.2 GHz (920XM). Therefore, the CPU can be as fast as high clocked dual-core CPUs (using single threaded applications) but still offer the advantage of 4 cores. Because of the large TDP of 45 W / 55 W, the CPU is only intended for large laptops.
4710HQ: Haswell-based quad-core processor clocked at 2.5 GHz with Turbo Boost support up to 3.5 GHz. Offers an integrated HD Graphics 4600 GPU and a dual channel DDR3 memory controller.
Intel Comet Lake:
i7-10875H: On Coffee Lake architecture based processor for big and heavy laptops. Integrates eight processor cores clocked at 2.3 - 5,1 GHz (all 8 cores up to 4.3 GHz) that support HyperThreading. Manufactured in an improved 14nm process (14nm++).

80%: This rating is not earth-shattering. This rating must actually be seen as average, since there are about as many devices with worse ratings as better ones. A purchase recommendation can only be seen with a lot of goodwill, unless it is about websites that generally rate strictly.
