Previous leaks gave us a decent idea about the Exynos 2400's GPU performance. The Xclipse 940 managed to perform on par with a GeForce MX350 at one point; however, its current iteration won't be nearly as impressive due to RDNA 2's architectural limitations. Now, the upcoming GPU has been tested yet again on Powerboard 4.0, and it once again fails to impress in any meaningful way.
In the Sacred Path Vulkan 1.3 benchmark, the Xclipse 940 scores 1,656 points at 1080p. In contrast, the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2's Adreno 740 averages at 1,561 points at the same resolution. An attached frame rate chart confirms heavy throttling after a point where the performance dips by more than 50% and doesn't stabilize, indicating that the Exynos 2400 is still afflicted by bad thermals.
This is a bit worrisome as Samsung has barely caught up with Qualcomm in the GPU department. It is a bit ironic that a Radeon-based GPU (Adreno) is defeating the real thing. The Snapdragon 8 Gen 3's Adreno 750 (tentative) will almost certainly catch up with, or even best the Exynos 2400. Then again, the test was likely conducted on pre-production hardware and the final product could end up performing better, but not by a lot.
