Citizen has expanded its vintage-inspired Rolan collection with the new AW2110-14Z. Featuring a salmon dial, a 41mm stainless-steel case, and the brand’s Eco-Drive solar-powered movement, the latest model delivers classic dress-watch styling for $395.

Citizen’s Rolan series is known for its classic, vintage-inspired dress watches, which offer refined looks at very reasonable prices. The newest entry in the lineup, the Rolan AW2110-14Z, follows the same blueprint, offering a highly wearable 41mm stainless-steel case with a beautiful salmon dial and Eco-Drive solar technology for $395.

The Citizen Rolan AW2110-14Z keeps things simple. It sports a clean salmon dial paired with silver hands and indices, along with a brown leather strap. The silver-toned applied indices contrast nicely against the warm salmon backdrop, providing excellent legibility for the sleek three-hand layout. The Rolan series usually features a date window at the 12 o’clock position and a day window at the 6 o’clock position, as seen on models like the AW0096-06L (currently $219 on Amazon), but Citizen appears to have omitted both on this model to preserve symmetry, resulting in a balanced, uncluttered design.

The Citizen Rolan AW2110-14Z features a salmon dial, stainless steel case, and brown leather strap.

Measuring 41mm across, the stainless-steel case hits a sweet spot that should suit a wide variety of wrists. The case also features a versatile 22mm lug width and comes fitted with a supple brown leather strap secured by a traditional buckle.

A mineral crystal protects the dial, while a water-resistance rating of 50 meters should give you peace of mind for everyday splashes and the occasional swim. Powering the watch is Citizen’s J830 Eco-Drive movement, which keeps the watch ticking using natural or artificial light and eliminates the need for battery replacements.

The salmon-dialed Citizen Rolan launches alongside the black-dialed AW2110-06E and blue-dialed FE7130-01L in the US and Canada. It’s priced at US$395 / CA$525 and can be purchased directly from Citizen’s online store starting today.
