Ciga Design has officially launched the Hunter series of automatic and mechanical watches, delivering the brand's in-house CD-07 and CD-011 movements to sharp, transparent case designs that shows off the precision-crafted internals from all angles. The Hunter series is available in a variety of classy colours and in either DLC-coated 316L stainless steel or a premium titanium tourbillon version.

Ciga Design has officially launched the Hunter series automatic watches for the global market, featuring exquisite craftmanship, unique looks, and the brand's in-house hand-wound CD-011 tourbillon and CD-07 automatic movement. All of the Hunter series watches have the same design philosophy and general aesthetic, but each variant features its own take on the design language, allowing buyers to find a watch that works with their look and lifestyle.

The star of the show: Hunter Tourbillon

The star of the show for the Hunter series is the Hunter Tourbillon watch, which has a grade 5 titanium bracelet and tonneau case with a semi-transparent skeleton dial, complications, a sharp, chamfered aesthetic, and an optional fluororubber strap for a more casual look. As the name suggests, the Hunter Tourbillon has a hand-wound, twin-barrel, 26-jewel CD-011 tourbillon — a rarity in this market segment — which boasts a 72-hour power reserve.

The Hunter Tourbillon comes in at $1,999 on Ciga's online shop, and it is available in Blue, Carbon, and Silver. All three variants feature Super-LumiNova luminescent markers and hands.

Hunter watch with Titanium and Vintage options

The base Hunter watch is a less flashy affair, but it still embodies the same design philosophy, with a fully skeleton case that allows the 24-jewel CD-07 movement to shine. The Ciga Design Hunter is rated for 3 ATM water resistance for peace of mind, and it features sapphire glass and a DLC-coated, scratch resistant 316L stainless steel case in four colour options — Black, Carbon, Silver, and Gold.

The Ciga Design Hunter watch is available for $599 from Ciga's online store.

The Hunter Titanium is more than just a titanium version of the Hunter watch. Although it features the same CD-07 movement and general design principles, the Hunter Titanium simplifies the chassis design somewhat, making for a more elegant overall look and playing to the strengths of the material, with thinner sections, a lighter case, and a more refined aesthetic. It also steps up the water resistance rating to 5 ATM.

The Hunter Titanium comes in at $899 on Ciga's online store and is available in Blue, Carbon, and Silver.

The Hunter Vintage watch takes things back to the original Hunter design but add a warm vintage touch with Brown Gold, Sand Gold, and Rose Gold colour options. The case features the same skeleton dial, but this time, there are touches of gold on the illuminated hands and dial, and the screws have contrasting colours that turn up the dial on the classic vintage aesthetic.

The Hunter Vintage is available for the same $599 as the base Hunter.
