Model: The Asus GX700VO-GC009T is a high performance laptop built for gaming. It is unique as it is one of the first liquid-cooled gaming laptops, giving potential for overclocking to be comparable with extreme gaming desktops. The Asus GX700VO-GC009T features an overclockable Intel Core i7 6820HK Mobile K processor with Intel CM236 Express Chipset, up to 64 GB DDR4 2400 MHz SDRAM, which is overclockable to 2800 MHz, an Nvidia GeForce GTX 980 graphic card with 8 GB GDDR5 VRAM and four PCIe 256GB / 512GB with RAID 0 support storage. Its anti-glare 17.3-inch IPS display features UHD resolution of 3840 x 2160 pixels and an 16:9 aspect ratio.
The laptop measures at 429 x 309 x 33 ~35 mm, whereas the thermal dock measures at 417 x 368 x 114 mm. As for weight, the laptop itself weighs at 3.9 kg and 4.6 kg with thermal dock. The entertainment features include an ASUS Sonic Studio audio controller and an HD webcam. As for interface, it features a microphone/headphones jack, two USB 3.1 Type C ports, three USB 3.0 ports, a RJ45 LAN port, an HDMI port, a mini DisplayPort, a Thunderbolt port, an SD card reader and an AC adapter plug.

Intel Core i7: The Intel Core i7 for laptops is based on the LG1156 Core i5/i7 CPU for desktops. The base clock speed of the CPUs is relatively low, but because of a huge Turbo mode, the cores can dynamically overclock to up to 3.2 GHz (920XM). Therefore, the CPU can be as fast as high clocked dual-core CPUs (using single threaded applications) but still offer the advantage of 4 cores. Because of the large TDP of 45 W / 55 W, the CPU is only intended for large laptops.
