Anker has released the Prime Charging Base (3 Ports, 150W) in the UK. This is one of the first countries to get the accessory, which was rumored earlier this year and officially unveiled at IFA 2025.
The Prime Charging Base works with any of the brand’s Prime power banks which have pogo pins. This includes the recently released Prime Power Bank (20K, 220W). These accessories can be charged at up to 150W; for example, you could charge the Prime Power Bank (26K, 300W) to 50% in 21 minutes. There are three more outputs on the gadget: a 140W USB-C port, a 100W USB-C port and a 22.5W USB-A port. When charging multiple devices simultaneously, the maximum combined output is 150W.
Anker’s Prime Charging Base has an integrated light, which indicates if the Prime Power Bank is charging. Other features include pass-through charging, ActiveShield 4.0 technology to protect against overheating and PowerIQ 4.0 for intelligent power distribution. Plus, thanks to Bluetooth, you can remotely monitor charging performance in real time through the Anker app, where you can also get OTA updates. This product measures 103 x 103 x 23 mm (~4.1 x 4.1 x 0.9 inches) and weighs around 450 g (~15.9 oz).
In the UK, you can now buy the Anker Prime Charging Base (3 Ports, 150W) at Amazon for £84.99 and at the brand’s online store for £85.00. It comes with a power cable and a 24-month warranty. It remains to be seen when this product will be released more widely in Europe or in North America.
