Anker SOLIX X1 ultra-thin home energy storage system now available
Anker has launched the SOLIX X1 Home Energy Storage System in North America. The indoor or outdoor modular backup system can provide power to your home in an outage or reduce your bills by storing solar energy.
The SOLIX X1 can be customized to suit your needs, with a capacity from 5 to 180 kWh and a power output range of 3 to 36 kW. Smart features include a Storm Guard mode to detect a power outage and switch to the off-grid mode in under 20 ms. The BMS works to reduce capacity loss, and thanks in part to heating technology, the X1 can maintain its full power output at temperatures ranging from -4 to 131°F (~-20 to 55°C). There are also settings to tailor the X1 to suit your needs. For example, the time-of-use mode helps you take advantage of off-peak energy prices, and the NEM 3.0 mode lets you sell electricity back to the grid in some states.
As with other devices from the brand, you can use the Anker app to monitor and control the X1. The company describes its new product as “ultra-thin”, measuring just 5.9 inches (~150 mm) thick, and the battery modules come with a warranty for up to 10 years or a 16.5 MWh throughput. You can now order the Anker SOLIX X1 Home Energy Storage System in the US, Canada and Mexico by contacting the sales team, with who can give you a quote.
