Black Friday is here, knocking down prices on Eero’s most sought-after mesh systems. From the Eero Pro 6E, a Wi-Fi 6E model, to the more cost-effective Eero 6 Plus and next-gen Eero 7, we’re seeing up to 40% off across multiple bundles.

If you’re still using an older 802.11b/g/n router, now might be the right time to switch to a newer, faster one. Any Wi-Fi 6-enabled router will make a huge difference, and with Amazon deeply discounting its Eero Pro 6E and Eero 7 mesh routers this Black Friday, it’s the perfect time to overhaul your home network setup without paying top dollar.

Amazon Eero Pro 6E

  • A tri-band system: 2.4GHz, 5GHz, and 6GHz bands
  • Wi-Fi 6E support means faster wireless speeds, lower latency, and no interference from 2.4GHz/5GHz devices.
  • Up to 1.6Gbps wireless, up to 1Gbps wired
  • Best for: Households that have lots of smart home devices and need faster wireless performance.

Even with the arrival of the Eero 7 series, the Eero Pro 6E remains one of the best mesh systems for most homes. That said, you need Wi-Fi 6E-compatible devices to reap the benefits of the 6GHz band.

A single unit can cover up to 2,000 sq. ft., per Amazon, while a two or three-pack can bring stable connection to even larger properties. The Pro 6E supports gigabit-plus speeds, featuring one 2.5GbE port and one 1GbE port. With Black Friday discounts dropping it well below its usual retail price, it’s one of the strongest value picks in the Eero lineup right now.

Amazon Eero 6 Plus

  • A dual-band mesh system: 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands
  • Up to 1Gbps wireless throughput
  • Best for: Families or first-time mesh buyers upgrading from an older router who want solid performance on a budget.

If you want something more affordable, the Eero 6 Plus is a very solid mid-range option. It's a dual-band system, so you do miss out on the 6GHz band, but if your internet plan tops out at 1Gbps or less, the missing 6GHz band support matters little.

A single node is said to cover up to 1,500 sq. feet, while a three-pack can provide coverage for homes up to 4,500 square feet. Like other Eero systems, setup is painless thanks to the Eero app. This is one of the most approachable mesh options for people upgrading from an older router.

Amazon Eero 7

  • 2 bands: 2.4GHz and 5GHz
  • Wi-Fi 7 support with wider channels (160MHz and 240MHz)
  • Up to 1.8Gbps wireless and 2.3Gbps wired throughput
  • Best for: Users who want a future-proof setup with Wi-Fi 7’s speed and range benefits.

The Eero 7 is the most affordable Wi-Fi 7 mesh router from the online retail giant, offering a notable performance bump over the Eero Pro 6E and Eero 6 Plus with up to 1.8Gbps wireless and 2.3Gbps wired throughput and up to 2,000 sq. ft. coverage per node. That’s plenty of power for customers juggling multiple 4K streams, cloud gaming, and a growing pile of smart home devices.

Wi-Fi 7’s wider channels (up to 240MHz) and improved latency give the Eero 7 a noticeable edge, especially if you’re in a crowded wireless environment or have a faster internet plan. Much like the Eero 6 routers, it also doubles as a Matter, Thread, and Zigbee hub. And unlike the Eero Pro 6E, you get two 2.5Gb Ethernet ports on the back here for when delays must be as small as possible.
