Abandon Ship free on Stove for a limited time

Stove is currently offering Abandon Ship at no cost. The tactical roguelite by Fireblade Software, normally listed at €21.70 (around $23 USD), can be claimed for free until 21 August 2025 at 10:59 (UTC+2).

According to the product page, Abandon Ship invites players to "take command of an 'Age of Sail' ship and her crew, exploring a vast, story-filled world that reacts to your decisions." The game has been available on Steam since 2019, where it maintains a "Mostly Positive" all-time rating. In a retrospective review, Gold-Plated Games observed, "I still can’t get over how effectively this game went from tedious and shallow to thrilling and engrossing, but the results speak for themselves."

While Abandon Ship continues to be sold at full price on Steam, it is temporarily free on Stove until August 21.

To claim the game, users must register or sign into a Stove account and add the title to their cart while the price remains free. After the deadline, Abandon Ship will revert to its standard pricing.
