AMD's CEO Lisa Su is tipped to deliver the CES 2023 keynote
It's the middle of September 2022, but we already know who our CES 2023 keynote speaker will be. The CTA describes Lisa Su, PhD, as "an engineer who inspires people from all backgrounds to pursue careers in STEM", and one who has been involved in the advancement of high-performance computing (HPC) for approximately 30 years now.
Dr. Su has decided to devote the Show's opening speech to the role of AMD's line in HPC, as well as its Adaptive Computing arm, in "(solving) our most important challenges". Accordingly, there may be some insight as to how Xilinx will integrate into the company, as well as next-gen EPYC platforms, to be gleaned during the event.
The executive will deliver the keynote address in-person in the Venetian Hotel's Palazzo Ballroom, Las Vegas, on January 4, 2023 at 18:30 P3T (January 5, 2023 at 03:30 CET).
A ~1,300-exhibitor conference (thus far), slated to pack yet more from AMD in the way of the latest in AI, gaming and more HPC from the leading semiconductor firm, will take off from there.
