Tesla Cybertruck price rumor creates pre-order panic ripple as US$100,000-mark looms on the horizon

The basic tri-motor Tesla Cybertruck price shared here is US$98,990, with this source claiming they also went with locking in FSD, which would up the price to US$105,990 before adding the thousands of dollars that make up the hefty TTL fee.

At least one reported pre-order customer has decided to cancel their reservation based on this rumor, although both the rumor and this cancellation report could be fake. However, there is some reasoning to believe that a tri-motor Tesla Cybertruck could cost well over US$90,000, especially considering the original US$69,900 price tag is now four years old and the market has fluctuated wildly since 2019. The price differences reveal a brutal +41.6% hike, which would suggest the dual-motor Cybertruck could come in at around US$70,000. All should be revealed on the Tesla Cybertruck release date of November 30.
