TWS Air3 Pro: iQOO launches affordable semi-in-ear buds with ANC and 47 hours battery life

iQOO has officially unveiled the Z10 Turbo Plus in China, a brand-new flagship gaming phone with the Dimensity 9400+. Alongside the smartphone, the company has introduced new accessories, and the TWS Air3 Pro half-in-ear earbuds are among them.

One of the key highlights of these new affordable earbuds is the 50 dB active noise cancellation. Despite having a semi-in-ear design, iQOO claims that the hybrid ANC of these buds can cancel up to 99.6% of the surrounding noise, which can eventually offer an immersive listening experience.

The company further highlights that each of the earbuds comes with a three-microphone setup. Among the three, one is a feedforward, one is a feedback, and the last is dedicated to receiving the user's voice. Paired with AI-enhanced noise reduction, the TWS Air3 Pro are said to offer a clear calling experience.

Another big highlight of the iQOO TWS Air3 Pro is the battery life. With the charging case, the rated runtime is up to 47 hours, while the earbuds can offer up to 6 hours of playtime with a single full charge (compact 10K INIU 22.5 W power bank curr. $20.69 on Amazon).

Given that TWS Air3 Pro are gaming-focused, iQOO has integrated a low-latency mode, which promises an audio latency as low as 44 ms. This feature will be handy for users who play competitive games.

As for the sound performance, iQOO notes that there are multiple enhancements that allow the wireless earbuds to adapt to the type of audio and make real-time tweaks. The TWS Air3 Pro also have support for spatial audio.

Among the other highlights of the affordable ANC earbuds are Bluetooth 6.0 with multi-device connectivity support, IP54 water and dust resistance, and a comfort-forward design. The launch price of the TWS Air3 Pro in China is CNY 199, around $28, and it's unclear when iQOO will introduce the wireless buds to the global market.
