Reviews for the Sony Vaio VPC-EF37FX/BI

60% Sony VAIO VPC-EF37FX/BI 17.3-inch Desktop Replacement Laptop PC
Source: Comp Reviews English

With the move to AMD's platform, the Sony VAIO EF becomes a much more affordable 17-inch laptop that offers features such as Blu-ray and Bluetooth. The problem is that it sacrifices too much in terms of graphics and performance compared to many other similarly prices laptops now becoming available in the same price range with similar or even better features.

17.3": Meanwhile the 17 inch display size is a more frequently offered standard format for desktop-replacements. The DTR-laptops can't be carried easily, need much energy but on the other side texts can be read easily and high resolutions are no problem. DTR mainly are intended for stationary usage on desks, where the weight and the energy need are unimportant.
