Samsung has announced that it is taking orders for its Galaxy S7 Tab Fan Edition (FE) in the US from today (August 5, 2021). The tablet will be available in its Wi-Fi and 5G variants, the former of which is offered in a variety of colors whereas the latter comes in just one. They start at US$529 for the non-cellular version.

Samsung launched the Fan Edition version of its Galaxy Tab S7 in May 2021 as more mid-range specs in its premium tablet's chassis. To this end, it has 4GB of RAM with the Snapdragon 750G in its 5G-capable variant. It also now has US availability and pricing information.

The Tab S7 FE 5G has arrived in its new market alongside its Wi-Fi only version, which is powered by a non-connected Snapdragon 778G processor. It has the same amount of RAM, however, as well as the same base 64GB internal storage with microSD card expansion. Either version of the tablet also comes with an S Pen in the box.

Both versions of the Tab S7 FE have a 12.4-inch 2560 x 1600 display, much like the higher-end S7, albeit without a 120Hz refresh rate. It starts at $529.99 for the Wi-Fi only version, rising to $669.99 for the top-end 5G SKU.

Samsung is selling them both through its website, although the 5G option is also available through AT&T and Verizon from today (August 5, 2021). The Wi-Fi version can also be pre-ordered from now. The OEM has announced that consumers who click either button will get $80 in instant Samsung Credit, although this may be subject to terms and conditions.

Alternatively, buy a Tab S7 on Amazon for ~US$600.
