The OnePlus 15 is expected to be the next flagship smartphone from the Chinese company. It will succeed the OnePlus 13, which earned a "nearly perfect" verdict in our review. A new leak from Digital Chat Station outlines major changes to the upcoming phone.
The tipster claims that the engineering prototype of the OnePlus 15 has a new rear camera design. The circular rear camera housing has been a consistent design choice for OnePlus flagships since the OnePlus 11. However, the OnePlus 15 may adopt a compact square camera module design. The new camera module may reflect OnePlus’s previously announced plan to revamp the design language of its future smartphones.
The tipster claims the OnePlus 15 will feature a flat display with a 1.5K resolution. Additionally, the display will use LIPO technology to reduce bezel thickness.
A previous leak suggests the phone will feature a battery capacity of at least 7,000mAh. It may retain 100W wired fast charging, similar to its predecessor. It is expected to be among the first batch of phones powered by the next-gen Snapdragon 8 Elite 2 chipset.
The OnePlus 15 is expected to launch in October in China, followed by a global release in early 2026. A previous leak also shed light on the OnePlus 15R, a more budget-friendly counterpart to the flagship.
