Samsung is gearing up to introduce its most affordable wireless earbuds, the Galaxy Buds Core. The launch is set for June 27, 2025, and ahead of the official release, the wearables have been listed on Samsung's official UAE online store. This listing has shared the major highlights of the new release.
As the listing reveals, the Galaxy Buds Core will feature a similar design to the Buds FE, and they will be available in white and black color options. The webpage also reveals that the wireless earbuds will feature ANC, but given that they will reside in the affordable price range, the noise-canceling performance may not be as good as the Buds FE or the Buds 3 Pro.
What's rather interesting is that the listing notes that the Galaxy Buds Core have a total rated battery life of up to 35 hours with the ANC turned off. This rated runtime is higher than the flagship Buds 3 Pro (curr. $189.99 on Amazon), which can last for up to 30 hours without the ANC turned on. With noise-cancellation turned on, the new wireless earbuds are said to last 20 hours.
Samsung's UAE store also revealed that the Galaxy Buds Core supports AAC, SBC, and SSC audio codecs. Wireless connectivity is handled through Bluetooth 5.4, and there's support for multipoint.
Regarding the audio performance, the webpage highlights that the upcoming affordable earbuds can deliver "well-tuned bass" and "clear trebles." The Buds Core are also claimed to feature a three-microphone setup for clear calls.
Other notable aspects mentioned in the store listing include IP54 dust and water resistance, touch controls, and an "all-day comfort" design. Samsung has yet to reveal the price of the Galaxy Buds Core, but the wireless earbuds are expected to cost $60.
