Leakers reveal regional differences, feature list and release date for Xiaomi 13T and Xiaomi 13T Pro
The Xiaomi 13T series still remains without a release, months after its first leak. While the company has not revealed any details about the launch of its Xiaomi 12T series replacements yet, leaker @yabhishekhd has obtained a screenshot that does Xiaomi's work for it. Embedded below, the photo lists Xiaomi's next global launch event as September 26, commencing at 12:00 UTC.
Additionally, the image suggests that Xiaomi will host an in-person launch event in Berlin. However, the company has not officially confirmed this yet, so we would recommend viewing this with caution for now. Meanwhile, @passionategeekz has shared a specification sheet for the Xiaomi 13T Pro, which we have also embedded below.
Although the photo is not verified either, the details contained within match other Xiaomi 13T Pro-related leaks. For example, a Dimensity 9200 Plus chipset, IP68 certification and better rear-facing cameras than those in its sibling, the Redmi K60 Ultra, were already anticipated for Xiaomi's next premier T series smartphone.
Separately, @Sudhanshu1414 has shed light on a previous Xiaomi 13T leak that showed the device without Leica camera branding. As we discussed last month, an even earlier leak suggested that both the Xiaomi 13T and Xiaomi 13T Pro would carry across Leica camera tunings from more expensive Xiaomi flagships. Allegedly, Xiaomi plans to offer the former without this branding in some markets, possibly explaining why this was missing from an unboxing video. According to @Sudhanshu1414, EU variants will feature Leica branding, but its exact proliferation remains unknown at this stage.
