The Nothing Phone (2a) Plus will be fully unveiled on July 31. Days before the official launch, the company confirmed a couple of key specs, including the smartphone being powered by the Dimensity 7350 Pro SoC. Nothing also revealed that the device will be available with up to 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage.
While the SoC is different from the recently launched Phone (2a), the Plus variant is expected to have more aspects that will set itself apart. The latest leak has basically shed light on that. Per the report, the front camera is getting upgraded to a 50 MP sensor. To compare, the non-Plus model features a 32 MP selfie shooter.
Another upgrade that the leak has detailed is the charging speed. The Nothing Phone (2a) Plus will reportedly sport 50W charging, up from 45W on the non-Plus variant. However, the report hints that the battery capacity will be the same, 5,000 mAh.
Moreover, the upcoming smartphone is said to have the same screen size as the non-Plus model (available on Amazon). That is, it will reportedly feature a 6.7-inch display, which doesn't really fit the name well. Also, the rear cameras are reportedly the same as the non-Plus variant. But again, all this info comes from a leak, which mightn't be accurate. So, take it with a bit of salt.
