The HP Omen 15 is a sound gaming laptop, for 2016 that is. The specs might be showing its age but still nothing to scoff at as it can run games at its maximum settings in decent framerates and can handle demanding tasks like photo and video editing.

The HP Omen 15t has a few things going for it, the biggest of which being the price. For $849, you get a lightweight and stylish 15-inch system that can play games at 1080p on lower settings and can transition to a good productivity machine when you need it. However, a dim display, slow transfer speeds and below-average battery life are more hindrances than mere compromises.

77.57%: This rating is not earth-shattering. This rating must actually be seen as average, since there are about as many devices with worse ratings as better ones. A purchase recommendation can only be seen with a lot of goodwill, unless it is about websites that generally rate strictly.
