The new 9.7-inch slate is expected to feature a 2K display, a hexa-core processor, 4 GB RAM, and a 5900 mAh battery (Quick Charge 3.0 support is also present).
Earlier this month, Asus unveiled a few new ZenPad slates, but they are all low-end and mid-range devices that do not offer anything out of ordinary. However, next month the company will also add a new premium ZenPad slate to its portfolio.
The upcoming Asus ZenPad 3s 10 is expected to show up at a special event that is scheduled to take place in Taiwan on July 12th. The details revealed by third parties so far are quite sketchy for now, but they include a 9.7-inch 2K display, a hexa-core processor most likely by Qualcomm since Quick Charge 3.0 is also in the rumor mill, 4 GB RAM, and a 5900 mAh battery. The tablet will probably launch with Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow on board.
Unfortunately, all the above should be taken with a grain of salt for the time being. We will get back to the upcoming ZenPad tablet as soon as Asus reveals anything about it, so stay tuned.

In my early school days, I hated writing and having to make up stories. A decade later, I started to enjoy it. Since then, I published a few offline articles and then I moved to the online space, where I contributed to major websites that are still present online as of 2021 such as Softpedia, Brothersoft, Download3000, but I also wrote for multiple blogs that have disappeared over the years. I've been riding with the Notebookcheck crew since 2013 and I am not planning to leave it anytime soon. In love with good mechanical keyboards, vinyl and tape sound, but also smartphones, streaming services, and digital art.
