Model: The Asus X751MD is an value-packed device with elegant design. All the essentials are available at the user's fingertips yet there is no compromise in the high quality and premium feel of the laptop. There are multiple colors to choose from; a metallic dark grey finish, glossy white, maroon, dark yellow and black. The interior is silver with the full size island-style keyboard in dark grey. The keyboard input is tactile and good to type on while the large touchpad is very accurate and responsive.
The Asus X751MD has a feature that enables quick wake making it feel snappy like a smartphone. There is a gorgeous 17.3 inch 16:9 HD+ screen making this a perfect entertainment setup especially with the immersive crystal-clear audio powered by SonicMaster technology. Depending on the model, the Asus X751MD is powered by an Intel Bay Trail-M Pentium N3530 quad core processor clocked at 2.2 GHz, up to 4 GB DDR3L 1600 MHz SDRAM, NVIDIA GeForce GT820 with 1 GB DDR3 VRAM and 2 TB HDD for storage.
These are pretty decent specifications for the price point especially with the other features on board. NVIDIA GeForce 820M:
Entry level 28nm Fermi GPU from the GeForce 800M series based on the GT 620M and 710M.
Modern games should be playable with these graphics cards at low settings and resolutions. Casual gamers may be happy with these cards.

17.30": This display size is a standard format for desktop replacements (DTR). The DTR laptops are heavier to carry, need more power, but texts are easy to read and high resolutions are no problem. DTR are mainly intended for stationary desk use, where weight and energy hunger don't matter. In return, you enjoy the advantages of high resolutions (more details, better legibility).» To find out how fine a display is, see our DPI List.
2.8 kg:
With this weight, a laptop is rather heavier than average. Devices in this range shine more with screen size and performance than with mobility.
