Fairphone 4 specifications, renders and prices leak
Last month, WinFuture revealed that Fairphone was readying the Fairphone 4, a successor to the Fairphone 3 Plus. While we speculated that the Fairphone 4 would launch for under €500, the reality is slightly different.
Based on several leaks, the Fairphone 4 cost between €580 and €600, with a higher-end model available for €640 to €660. Reputedly, both models will feature 6 GB of RAM, with the additional €60 only netting 256 GB of storage instead of 128 GB.
All configurations will have a 6.3-inch display with a waterdrop notch for a single front-facing camera. Fairphone has surrounded the display with comparatively thick bezels too, especially for a €600 or so device. Additionally, the device has a 5G chipset and two rear-facing cameras, of which one is a 48 MP sensor.
There is also an unspecified third rear-facing sensor lacking a camera lens. Other specifications remain unknown at this stage, as does a release date. However, the fact Fairphone is already teasing its next smartphone suggests that it is close to announcing something.
