In January 2023, the ZTE smartphone company released its Blade V40 Design smartphone with a price tag of $180 (Rs 14,990 in India) approx. The smartphone offers 4G network connectivity and equips a decent 6.6 inches IPS LCD display panel that renders an FHD resolution. Aside from this, the holding experience is good because you are getting a 183.4-gram body with an 8 mm thick frame. Let’s talk about the software end, you are getting the Android 12 OS with MyOS 12 user interface. Besides this, the 12nm Unisoc Tiger T616 will ensure that the users are getting enough power to run the hardware processing unit. In terms of storage, the users can pick up this phone with 4GB to 6GB RAM and 128GB internal space with a dedicated MicroSD slot in the SIM tray to extend storage. The ZTE Blade V40 Design smartphone offers a triple camera setup that includes a 50MP primary camera, a 2MP macro, and a 2MP depth lens. Following this, you get an 8MP selfie camera for clicking selfies and doing video chats. Let’s talk about the battery department of the Blade V40 Design which offers a decent Li-Po 4500 mAh battery setup with 22.5W fast charging support. Anyway, the smartphone is available in Sky Blue and Starry black color variants.

The ZTE Blade V40 Design is a combination of misfits. It will provide average processing speed with standard storage and RAM support, which surprisingly handle the daily tasks. On the other hand, we recommend you don’t expect much from the camera module in the first place. But it is worth noting that the phone can provide longer battery life. Overall, the Blade V40 Design would be not the best choice at the current price point. However, if you are getting offers and discounts, then you should go for this deal. But we would recommend you check out other options. Such as Realme 10, if you are looking for a better hardware and software configuration with a robust display and battery performance.

It is a small display format for smartphones. You shouldn't be severely defective in vision, and you won't see much detail on the screen and only have a small resolution available. For that, the device should be small and handy, easy to transport.

ZTE is short for Zhong Xing Telecommunication Equipment Company Limited, which was founded in China in 1985 and is partly state-owned. ZTE's core business is wireless, optical transmission, data transmission equipment, telecommunications software and cell phones, USB sticks, routers and tablets.
71%: This rating is poor. More than three quarters of the models are rated better. That is rather not a purchase recommendation. Even if verbal ratings in this area do not sound that bad ("sufficient" or "satisfactory"), they are usually euphemisms that disguise a classification as a below-average laptop.
