Xiaomi air fryer with sous vide now available in more countries

The Xiaomi Mijia Smart Steam Air Fryer 7L is rolling out across Europe. This new model was listed on the brand’s global website in April 2026, and has arrived in countries such as the UK, the Netherlands and Spain in recent weeks.

As in the global product listing, this new Xiaomi Mijia Smart Steam Air Fryer is said to offer ten cooking functions, including frying, baking and defrosting. The company also claims that you could use the appliance for sous vide cooking, presumably using the 1.5L water tank, which is used for the up to 130°C (~266°F) steam function.

The Xiaomi Air Fryer’s steaming feature serves multiple purposes, such as reheating pastries or steam frying meat to ensure a juicy interior and a crispy exterior. Users can set the temperature of the appliance to between 30 and 230°C (~86 and 446°F), and there are 25 preset recipes. The device’s settings can be viewed and adjusted on the integrated LCD display and dial. Plus, with support for HyperOS Connect, the air fryer works with the Xiaomi Home app, through which users can access over 100 recipes. The model is also compatible with Google Home.

In the UK, you can buy the Xiaomi Mijia Smart Steam Air Fryer 7L for £159.99. At the Xiaomi online store in countries such as the Netherlands, Spain and France, the product retails for €179.99.
