Vivo teases the U3, a new Snapdragon 675-powered phone
Vivo has just released a new promotional poster showing what it is calling the U3, above which the number 675 can be seen. The device in question may be the V1934A/T, which has reportedly passed through TENAA's testing. The new image of the "Vivo 675" phone resembles this unit as shown on this website closely.
Vivo has hinted at the release of a phone with the Snapdragon 675 SoC in the near future. This is indicated by a new teaser showing a triple-camera mobile device, apparently to be called the U3 on its release. The poster has given rise to speculation that this new product is the Vivo V1934A/T, which has also recently leaked via the TENAA certification database.
According to this listing, the V1934A and T variants have a 2.0GHz processor that could be the 675. Despite the fact that there are 2 lettered variants, it is hard to spot any differences between either V1934. Both of them have 4 or 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. They both run Android 9.0, are kept going with 4920mAh batteries and have FHD+ 6.3-inch TFT-LCD screens.
The V1934s also closely resemble the phone shown in the new Vivo teaser, as all 3 are finished in a glossy blue-to-purple shade and have triple rear cameras. Should they all turn out to be the same phone, this set-up will consist of 16+8+2MP lenses. Vivo has yet to finalize a launch date for this upcoming "675" phone.
