VSDinside: A $60 wireless controller that turns workflows into one‑touch tasks

A new input device is now available via a crowdfunding campaign, which always carries some risk for backers. As part of this campaign, the VSDinside Stream Dock MiniW is offered for just $60, which should be an attractive price. However, shipping to the United States is expected to cost around $14, and the color variant must be selected before shipment.
The Stream Dock MiniW is aimed primarily at streamers, but the manufacturer, VSDinside, also targets broader users: according to the company, users can define macros so that, in productive workflows, different tools can be switched with the touch of a button, and the device can also be used for general desktop tasks and for controlling music playback.
Not only the functions, but also the appearance of the buttons can be customized, as each of the six buttons features an integrated LCD display that makes it immediately clear which action is triggered when pressed. The product is advertised as a collaboration with MiraBox, so compatible plugins and presets are already available. The Stream Dock MiniW connects via USB‑C and also supports wireless operation, with a 2,000 mAh battery on board so that a permanent cable connection is not required. The device measures 62.6 × 90.0 × 56.1 millimeters (2.46 × 3.54 × 2.21 inches), and the buttons are angled to make them easier to see and to use.
