Transformer 3G might arrive in October

Teaser
Asus Transformer 3G may be available in the markets by the end of this year and set to arrive in Holland by even earlier - October

So far ASUS Eee Pad Transformer is one of the best-selling Android tablets and most of the credit for this can be given to its low price that’s merely around $400. The extra keyboard dock, touchpad, and the extra battery life add to fulfilment of the customer’s needs in a reasonable price.

Till now transformer has only the Wi-Fi model, the 3G model is yet to be launched in the market. But from a listing Liliputing saw in Italy last month we got a hint that the 3G model would soon arrive. A Dutch site Tablets Magazine has recently received a tip that the 3G model may be available in Holland in early October.

According to them the 3G model with 16GB storage and the keyboard will be sold for about 499 Euros (US $717.469). For the storage of 32GB we will need to pay some extra.

The rest of the specifications will be kept the same as that of the Wi-Fi only model like 10.1inch display with a 1280 x 800pixels resolution, NVIDIA Tegra 2 Dual core processor, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, microSD card reader, and front and rear cameras.

There’s no comment about the launch of the 3G tab in US till now but we can guess that it might be available by the end of this year.
